clusters o'goodness

once upon a time, i had to go to a team leader day long meeting planning out our school's goals for the year. i had to get a sub for the day & thus i had to prepare sub plans. i wasn't too thrilled about that until i got to the meeting and found this little treat:
it has been years since that meeting. i can't tell you about the goals we set.. i can't tell you what we had for lunch. i can't even tell you who else was at the meeting. but i can tell you i was in love with those treats... i've looked at stores for all of these years. never found them until very recently at harmons. in a teeny tiny bag. i bought two and brought them home to share with garrett.

at costco, i've been eyeballing these, wondering if they'd be any good. a couple of days ago, i went to costco & the lovely costco sharesalot ladies had these out for a sample. i squealed with delight when i tasted them & realized that they were very delicious & virtually the same as the other treats. i bought a bag. i had to hide them from myself in the pantry this weekend. tomorrow we're going on a little road trip... i don't think they'll survive the trip. either will the rest of the chocolate covered pomegranates or blueberries from costco.

in fact, i might send gfunkarelli out tonight to the costco to stock up for the trip tomorrow. hmmmm...

oh and for all of you hoity toity bitches out there, the cashew clusters are gluten free. so there. [how do you spell hoity toity?] these are what i deem a healthy snack. do not tell me otherwise.
