I'm a firm believer in treats after a struggle... and in not denying food cravings (only leads to no good bingeing). DO IT. You both deserve it! Or, you could just come here and we could meet there for lunch! :)

Don't do it. I had that pizza for lunch, yes at the right place, but I would trade it for a 2 lb loss.You are doing great.
Dont do it... that being said, after what you have been through I would have eaten everything but the kitchen sink by now. Stay strong... it aint worth it. Think healthy... you are doing so great!
I'm glad you stayed on course. Eat it if you want it, if it's really sounding good...just eat a little bit. But NOT because you feel like you've had a bad week. No emotional eating.
