til we get married. whoa. it's coming fast. and while in all other aspects, i'm super excited - there's just one area that i need time to slow down a little... that would be the weight loss sector.
i've been drinking hardly any dr pepper. but sometimes still drinking other soda, like root beer. while i have enjoyed the burping caused by the root beer consumption - i realize its not really helping my weight loss goals. no more soda. til the wedding day. think i can do it? i'm not sure, but i'm going to try... i'm really starting to feel pressure about it, so i'm going to say yes...
i've been eating healthier foods, but - still not really cutting back on my portions. from here on out (aside from dinner tomorrow night) i'm eating 1 serving sized portions from here on out. i'm also going to be tracking points, weight watchers style... don't worry, this weekend i kinda binged on chips & other junk, cause i knew it would be my last horrah.
then there's p90x. holly's been doing it - and this weekend, i noticed she's looking good!!! garrett and i are going to start doing it. i think its going to kick my trash, but that's what i need. and if i have someone to do it with, all the better. i still haven't been able to drag my butt outta bed to get on the treadmill in the mornings, but i've been getting on the treadmill pretty regularly after school... going to keep up with that, and do p90x, too.
i've really gotta make eating less & working out huge priorities. or else i'll be a chubby bride. and i don't likey that idea.
