cabbage patch slut

ok. i so do not intend on being a freaky "doll lady" but apparently one of my sisters had the notion to have my parents dig through their attic & get out our old cabbage patch dolls. i was a cabbage patch freak. don't relate this to my earlier post. cause i'm not giddy & excited about getting back my dolls of my childhood because i want to fill a real life void. this is purely coincidental. but my mom just emailed these pictures & i gotta admit, i'm so excited. holly's, holly's, mine. can't remember her name. Morty (mine), holly's (bronson?) & Nina, mine. my mom reminded me of her name. Mona Maud, my lesbian cabbage patch kid, & Freda. (mine) oh, man, i can smell those dolls! was it just me or did they not smell precious?

Hayley is right! I didn't get the email from Mom and Dad, just Hayley's response.

It might take a couple of trips but I will deliver the dolls to their proper owners. So glad you remember them and made my saving them worthwhile. I was surprised Heather did not have any but they might have been after her doll stage. Too funny you remembered the names.

nice! i still have my first cabbage patch doll, allison karlene (red braids). i got her when i was 5! i think the rest of them are long gone (or in the attic) but here's the ones i can remember: lileth evvie (blonde with binkey); dorcas cleo (she was a world traveler - holland!); sheri petra (brown braids); henry luke (bald boy); sakes alive, there were more, but my memory fails me. my brother's bald baby melvin linden was my favorite and he still has him. i threaten to steal him all the time.

I HAVE my Cabbage Patch Kid, I only had one, Victoria Amelita. Thank you very much. And NO I wasn't too old, HELLO Mom :) I remember some of those, especially your lesbian friend Mona Maud. hahahahahaha

Mona does look like she may or may not play for another team. Just saying. I only had one - April Alexandra.

Still have her. She is in a toy box in Millies room :)

I still have my cabbages too! You are right, they smell like powder. This is blowing my mind because the one with the dimple and the bonnet is EXACTLY like one I had. No two alike my arse. Awww that's so sweet you are all getting them back. Kaitlin has about 5 of her own, and she plays with all of my old ones too.

Sorry about the homemade CPK Tara. I used to mock the kids that didn't have the official signature on the booty. I even made a girl cry. Tough tiddly winks girl, no signature no CPK title right?

I still have mine too. I melted my cornsilk doll's hair with a blow dryer. :{ Is it just me or are most of your dolls bald?

Oops - didn't finish that, did I? (the phone rang!) I brawled with some pretty vicious moms so that I could get good old Shari Petra for Natalie. It brought out the beast in me.

I just remembered the name of my premie, I think it was Celeste. Does that sound right to you? Rena was my brown-haired girl. I am racking my brain to remember the name of yours next to Rena. I definitely didn't remember you had a Nina. So we are only missing the one's name, right?

I loved my Cabbage Patch dolls. I had one boy, brown hair, Payton Adam. And one world traveler girl from Spain, with red pigtails. Alexandra Elise or somethin'. My momma has them stored away somewhere.

I had one boy that looked very similar to your Mona Maude. His name was Joseph and my brother had one with an astronaut helmet. I loved those dolls!
