a night off

its after 9. i left work right on time tonight. i packed a few things to do at home. really should have done them, too. but i wasn't in the mood to. so when i got a text from brooke tonight, invited me to dinner, i rushed right over. except i got the text over an hour late, so i made it just in time for dessert. which i didn't eat. brooke & her friend, garrett let me crash their evening. we sat and talked for 2 hours. nice. and now, i'm exhausted & have neither worked or exercised tonight. and i've got grey's to watch. a good little teacher would at least do one while watching. i'm not sure if i'll do either. actually, i better get on treadie or else i'll probably fall asleep. i'm so glad there's an unplanned for weekend staring me down!

UPDATE: i treaded. only long enough to watch grey's - but at least i did it!

so glad to hear from you. this time of night i always start jones-in {ha!} for my hayley fix! :) way to crash someone's evening. and NOT eat dessert. you're a hero.

It's so hard to exercise while on the raggy. I feel too icky. I walked the dog and that was it. Good job getting on the treadmill.

6 pounds, great job. Yep, you've got to workout even when you don't feel like it. Cuz it's not about getting skinning, it's about doing what's best for our body. xo
