10,000 steps before 10:00 am

I did that today. I'm pretty pumped. I'm also shaking like a freak right now. I hooked up my heart rate monitor thingy that came with my treadmill today. Later on, when I'm breathing normally - I'm going to research what zone I need to be in to be working out blah blah blah at my best. I just hope I live long enough to get there! (I'm only sorta kidding)

You go Hayley. I wished you lived here and we could play at the gym together. I was talking to a trainer today and she was going on and on about how people work out too hard. So true. I have been doing a lot more "low heart rate training" and I'm just as fit as before. You know...you could go to Lifetime and get a "map test". That's what I'm going to do. It tells you exactly where your body works out most efficiently aka you burn the most fat. All other number/percents really are just guess work. This test would tell you right where you go from aerobic to anaerobic. Jennifer got the test months ago, and I've wanted to, I was waiting until I finished nursing Hope and stuff. Now I'm there, so I want to get it done. Just a thought. A long thought, but a thought.
